A passionate dressage rider and devoted mother of two competitive jumpers, Isabel built Alma from a dream of creating a barn rooted in kindness, excellence, and community. Her vision, determination, and deep love for horses have shaped Alma into the welcoming, high-performance home it is today

BARN MANAGER

Isa is part of Alma’s heart behind the scene. Although she is the only one in her family that does not ride, that doesn’t mean that she does not love horses. Her dedication to the barn is felt in every corner, and thanks to her organization, Alma runs smooth and joyful.

DRESSAGE COACH

Mariana leads Alma’s dressage program with elegance and strength. A gold medalist at the Central American Games as a team, she combines technical mastery with a patient, personal approach, helping each horse and rider find balance, harmony, and joy in the arena.

HEAD SHOWJUMPING COACH

A two-time Olympian and countless Grand Prix wins around the world, Pablo leads Alma with fierce ambition and drive. As head coach, he pushes his riders to aim high, train smart, and never settle for second place. His passion for excellence is clear in every lesson, his goal is for his students to leave every class with more knowledge and understanding.

SHOW JUMPING COACH

Known for his charisma, energy, and infectious passion, Pablo is the heart of Alma’s vibe. With national titles from young horses to many participations in the prestigious Colombiano, he brings top-tier expertise while keeping every lesson fun, focused, and full of encouragement.
